This half marathon and general running practice is designed for those who are busy at work, busy in the morning, possibly have family with children and would like to spend as much time as possible with them, but who has some spare time after hours around 8-10pm for a nice jog/run along the beach or any other terrain.
The routes contain inclinations and downsides which makes it fun and challenging and a great exercise.
It is recommended to follow some preparation plan - i.e. My ASICS is a great Web site to generate your plan depending on the current running ability and to follow it for a perfect result.
It allows to define your own routes using Google maps that shows the distance. The routes can be reused when you log your next run. Sample routes:
